Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the TaxOne client portal and tax services.

1. Scope of Services

TaxOne operates as a digital tax assistant and matching portal in Georgia. We connect users with qualified local financial auditors who manually verify and submit monthly RS.ge declarations. TaxOne is not a law firm and does not provide official legal counsel; we act as your operational partner for tax filing operations.

2. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you submit — revenue figures, invoices, receipts, bank statements, and notes to your auditor. Documents and figures you provide must be genuine and must reflect your actual business activity; submitting false, altered, or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may itself expose you to legal and financial risk with the Revenue Service of Georgia, entirely separate from any liability of TaxOne. Submit accurate transaction data by the deadline shown in your dashboard so your auditor has time to review it. TaxOne and your auditor are entitled to rely on the information you provide as true; we are not responsible for penalties, fines, or incorrect filings that result from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information you supplied.

3. TaxOne's Responsibilities

We will operate the portal with reasonable care, match you with a qualified financial auditor, and route your monthly information for professional review within the timeframe described for your plan. Your auditor exercises independent professional judgment when preparing and submitting your declaration; TaxOne does not control or guarantee the outcome of any RS.ge filing or audit. We will protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy and will notify you of any known delay that affects your filing deadline.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

The Basic plan is $9.99/month ($7.99/month billed yearly) and the Premium plan is $14.99/month ($11.99/month billed yearly); current plan details and features are listed on our pricing page. Where recurring billing is active for your plan, your subscription is charged automatically on the cadence and amount stated at signup, using a card token held securely by our payment provider — TaxOne itself does not store or process your card details. We will email you at least 4 weeks before each scheduled charge, stating the exact amount and date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your client portal dashboard, which stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. You may also request that your saved card be removed from our payment provider at any time by contacting us. Because our service includes individual professional review by a tax auditor, refunds work as follows: if you request a refund before submitting your monthly income data for auditor review, you are eligible for a full refund of that month's fee; once you submit for professional review and the auditor begins working on your file, that billing cycle is non-refundable.

5. Security & Access

We implement advanced security rules to safeguard your business credentials and uploaded files. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

TaxOne is a portal and matching service, not a substitute for your own diligence or for professional tax/legal advice specific to your situation. To the maximum extent permitted by Georgian law, TaxOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including fines or penalties assessed by the Revenue Service of Georgia arising from information you supplied. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid TaxOne in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms — for example, by submitting fraudulent documents or using the platform for an unlawful purpose. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations, such as payment for services already rendered, that accrued before termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of TaxOne will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date, and where appropriate we will notify you directly.
